Delete your FMA Soul account

You can permanently delete your FMA Soul account from the app or from this page.

In the app

Open the settings drawer, find Account, and tap Delete account.

On this page

What gets deleted

• your account and sign-in link (email, name, and profile photo);
• your playlists and saved list;
• your membership: any active subscription ends immediately, without a refund;
• your saved payment methods at our payment processor;
• your records of accepting our notices.

We delete these from our live systems right away.

What we keep

• Payment records (invoices and charges), which our payment processor keeps for as long as tax and accounting law requires;
• Server logs that mention your account identifier, until they expire.

Drills you downloaded and your app settings stay on your phone until you uninstall the app.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@fmasoul.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 30 days.
